Alright, so, as far as I can tell, there are two or three MAJOR limiters here.

One, I will not be able to record a message on my phone and send it to my Tumblr, since my phone does not record in MP3. Alternative options, including that number listed in the Goodies section, DO remain available, however. I’m going to experiment with these some more in the future.

Two, the main text in a picture message will simply be discarded. Gotta go for the subject, which limits me to 80 characters while on the go. But I think I can deal.

I have not yet seen how it handles video messages. I guess we’ll find out when the next billing period kicks in, since I don’t want to rack up too much in one go.
